1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the BSO99 platform — including the website at bso99.app, the BSO99 mobile application, and any related services — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by BSO99 from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the BSO99 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of BSO99 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use BSO99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. BSO99 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets on BSO99.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using BSO99.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of BSO99, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by BSO99 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

BSO99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by BSO99 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) BSO99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. BSO99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

When registering for a BSO99 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your BSO99 username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying BSO99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

BSO99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. BSO99 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BSO99 — including deposits and withdrawals — must be conducted using payment methods that are registered in your own name. BSO99 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances. Attempting to deposit or withdraw using a payment method belonging to another person may result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on BSO99 is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your BSO99 account instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited upon receipt and confirmation by BSO99.
• BSO99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. BSO99 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• BSO99 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

BSO99 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, BSO99 may request additional documentation and cooperate with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on BSO99 are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final, subject to BSO99's dispute resolution process.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the BSO99 system and a confirmation reference has been issued.
• BSO99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, BSO99's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
• BSO99 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player, game, or event at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event will be void unless BSO99 explicitly offers in-play betting for that event.

BSO99 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. BSO99 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG-based game.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

BSO99 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your BSO99 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• BSO99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who BSO99 reasonably believes are abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other manipulative conduct — may have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BSO99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on BSO99.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using BSO99 for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the BSO99 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with BSO99.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Accessing BSO99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that BSO99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or the experience of other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the BSO99 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of BSO99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BSO99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any BSO99 content without the prior written consent of BSO99.

Any unauthorised use of BSO99's intellectual property may result in legal action. The BSO99 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of BSO99 and may not be used without express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BSO99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the BSO99 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

BSO99 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. BSO99 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond BSO99's reasonable control.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, BSO99's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall BSO99's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your BSO99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

BSO99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide all players with access to a suite of responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account on BSO99.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their BSO99 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: BSO99 provides optional session time notifications to help players keep track of the time spent on the platform.

BSO99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit minors to access the platform. Age verification checks may be conducted at any time.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

BSO99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Conduct that BSO99 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, BSO99 will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures and the deduction of any amounts owed to BSO99. Balances associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

You may close your BSO99 account at any time by contacting BSO99 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Privacy

BSO99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using BSO99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments to These Terms

BSO99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, BSO99 will provide reasonable notice to players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of BSO99 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact BSO99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. BSO99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

BSO99 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines.
